Both sites are on the same property. La Baume has pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, and La Palmeraie offers holiday rentals, but all activities and infrastructure are shared by both.
The State determines the procedures used to rate tourist hotels, outdoor hotels, tourist residences, etc., using methods defined by decree.
La Baume, an outdoor hotel (campground), and La Palmeraie, a tourist residence, were rated five and three stars respectively by the certification agency Atout France, based on the criteria established in a ratings grid developed be order of the Minister of Tourism.
To put it simply, the criteria defined for the two types of establishments are different, which is why the campground and the tourist residence have different star ratings.
Yes, there is a municipal bus stop 100 metres from the campground (€1.50 per ticket or €10 for a book of 10).
This year, we are open from 05 April to 27 September 2025
They are permitted within the strict framework of the rules from 8.30am to 10pm from 05.04.25 to 30.06.25 and from 01.09.25 to 27.09.25. From 01.07.25 to 31.08.25, visits are no longer accepted.
Reservations open on 1 November for the following season. There are three ways to make a booking:
For our pitches, you can check in any day of the week.
For our rentals, outside July and August, you can check in on the day of your choosing, with a minimum of a 3 night stay (2 nights for certain weekends).
In July and August, rental guests can stay with us from Thursday to Thursday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
You can request a specific pitch or rental in the “Remarks” section at the end of the online booking form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes. It must be taken out at the time of booking. It is equal to 4% of the base rate for your holiday rental or camping pitch.
The deposit must be paid when you make your reservation, and the balance is payable 30 days before your arrival.
We accept payments by bank card, cheques drawn on a French bank account, bank transfer and holiday vouchers (with the name and address duly completed). Cheques and vouchers should be sent by registered letter.
We do not accept VACAF vouchers.
You may complete the check-in formalities as early as 8:30 am.
Rentals will be available to you starting at 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am,
except for weekend packages (available at 2 pm Friday with check-out by 5 pm Sunday).
Pitches will be available to you starting at 2 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
Our reception desk is open 24/7. You can arrive or depart late at night, in which case a receptionist will show you how to get to your accommodation.
All our rentals come with mattress protectors, pillows and blankets. You will need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases or include them in your booking by opting to hire a hotel kit (sheets and towels). The rates for your full stay (linens not changed during your stay): €50 for 2 people, €100 for 4 people, €150 for 6 people or €200 for 8 people.
We offer free WiFi for four devices in the 3BR bastidons and the villas.
We offer free WiFi for two devices in the Cycas, Dracena, Acacia, Acajou and The Superior Pines 3 bedrooms mobile homes.
Otherwise, the entire property has WiFi coverage (for a fee of €8/day or €15/week).
All bastidons, Cycas 2BR and 3BR, The Superior Pines 3BR mobile homes, Dracena, Acacia and Acajou mobile homes and the villas all have TVs.
You can rent your TV at E-MOOV scooter hire etc. (€45/week).
Yes, we can clean your rental at the end of your stay. The cost is €70 for mobile homes and 1BR and 2BR bastidons, and €140 for villas and 3BR bastidons. You can decide to opt for this service up until the day before your departure.
Yes, Just make sure to include them in your booking (the €75 total fee is a security deposit which will be returned to you at check-out, high chair 30 € / stay / baby cot 30 € / stay and bathtub 15 € / stay).

Throughout the entire season, our restaurant, snack bar and grocer’s will be open.

We do not offer refrigerators for hire on site. You can however contact the company E-MOOV on +33 (0)6.60.18.72.42. They can deliver a fridge to you on your pitch (€60/week).
No. Barbecues (electric, gas, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited on our camping pitches (for tents, caravans and motorhomes).
For our rental guests (bastidons and mobile homes), wood and charcoal barbecues are also prohibited. Gas and electric grills are allowed, so long as you use your grill on the deck (wooden or paved) and DO NOT SET IT UP ON THE GROUND (fire hazard).

Wastewater can be emptied at the car wash, and chemical toilets at the toilet and shower blocks, into the drain provided for that purpose.
Both of our water complexes are open throughout the entire season.
The water complex by the entrance (La Baume) is heated at the beginning and end of the season (excluding July/August). It has five pools, two of which are covered, and a fantastic paddling pool for kids.
The water complex at La Palmeraie is not heated.

Yes, it is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm, throughout the entire season, for children ages 4 to 13.

Yes. The activities leaders run sporting activities and provide evening entertainment throughout the entire season.
Yes, it is open throughout the season to guests aged 18 and over and to minors aged 16 and over, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Access is free of charge.
